Box Office Hours of Operation:
- The Box Office at Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema is open Wednesday - Saturday, 12 PM - 6 PM. On days with screenings and events, we open 30 minutes before the first show until 30 minutes after the last begins unless otherwise indicated;
- The Cinema is open for regular programming on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, along with frequent special and third-party events, as well as our Doc Soup subscription series on the first Wednesday of the month;
- Our Customer Service team is available Tuesday - Saturday, 12 PM - 6 PM, with extended hours for certain events. For fastest assistance, please email us at [email protected].
